           When we were reviewing the original design, we thought there could be sink mark issue on the bottom surface. If we use a high injection pressure, it might cause the flashes and the part would be stuck in the mold. The issues would become worse in mass production. We suggested to increase the cut size (as shown in the picture ) to reduce the injection pressure. And the sink mark issue had been solved, too.
